SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Submit the completed form at least two weeks before settlement. Notify Town Hall immediately if the closing date changes or the sale is canceled. A fully signed settlement sheet is required before ownership can be changed. Make checks payable to the Town of Greensboro.
